Responsible for basic front desk duties, including customer service.

◆ Receive and confirm accommodation and restaurant reservations (phone support).

◆ Support check-in/check-out.

◆ Answer questions from guests and advise guests on hotel-related issues.

◆ Clerical work using computers.

◆ Planning accommodation, etc

▼ Modes:

◆ Bonus: Twice a year

◆ Salary increase: 1 time/year.

◆ Train fare to work: Company supports 100%

Divided into shifts of 8 hours and 30 minutes per day - 8 days off per month - 104 days off per year

60 minutes break/shift - Night shift available.
