Nội dung công việc chính

• Prepare Japanese dishes such as sashimi, tempura, stews (nimono), etc.
• Food presentation
• Prepare raw materials (pre-processing, initial processing)
• Washing dishes and kitchen utensils
• Menu development, inventory management (depending on experience)
• Prepare, skewer, grill eel
  → There is an environment to practice professional eel processing skills!

  • N2 or higher

Điều kiện làm việc

• Monthly salary: From 230,000 yen or more
• Bonus & salary increase:
  • There is a salary increase
  • Bonus (June & December, average 1 month salary) (Applicable when meeting capacity requirements)
• Allowance:
  • Probationary period: 3 months
  • Work allowance & meal allowance included in salary
  • The company supports all travel expenses.

Thời gian làm việc & ngày nghỉ

• Working hours:
  • 10:00 – 20:00
  • 11:00 – 21:00 (According to working shift)
• Actual working hours: 8 hours/day
• Break time between shifts: 2 hours
• Overtime: About 35 hours/month
• Day off:
  • Fixed off on Monday (If Monday is a holiday, then off on the following Tuesday)
  • 8 days off/month
  • Holidays:
    • Golden Week (GW) holiday
    • Obon holiday
    • New Year Holiday
    • Maternity leave before & after birth
